I was just wondering, since we got almost skills working and (i believe) few things are missing, although it may be too soon to ask the question, but can we expect a working emulator at the end of this year???
I was so hyped when i started casting spells and casting all skills,i felt my heart pumping again from adrenaline......i thought i was on the battlefield with my fellow Simiran mates again pawning enemies..............

It's beyond an ETA right now. As much as Foma and Hussein have done a lot of great work I really don't believe this is landmark progress. The difficult part is creating client/server code with which multiple players can connect. Making a server stable enough to hold even 10 people will probably be very very challenging considering how many calculations Darkfall needs to do. I may be completely wrong but this is what iv'e gathered.

So, I have not yet gotten the DFO Emulator, but boy, I will when it's a little closer to done, as much as I am hurting inside to get this, and just throw 'round some spells, and wonder off to Cairn (If that's in yet), just like the good ol' days.
I've tried to look for an emulator previously, but the one I saw before it had been discontinued, I just hope these people can carry on of what Aventurine left.
I'm unsure in how long they've been developing this, but I hope that they are thinking to themselves that they have gotten so far, and not to give up in the making now.
I will support these guys 100%, and even if that means there being a Subscription, as long as it has everything that DFO has, I'm down for anything.
I'm just wondering at the moment; should I get the Standalone version, and let my inner self be reborn again or wait a little longer?
Thanks in advance, and a huge thanks to the people developing this.
