I was thinking that its a good idea to make Official statements on various sites,so we can get attention from old and possibly new people.
Drawback is that AV might catch up to this,so we need to move around with extreme precaution.
That is,if we get enough funding, the creator of this emulator could get people to help finish up the online mode, get servers and start playing

For the moment, we're not looking at funding, but it could be a subject of the future.
Advertising and spreading the word however, is welcome. The more, the merrier; and we need skilled coders onboard!

Changing the game enough would fix this issue entirely. They have copyrights on darkfall as we know it. Renaming skills and changing the world would fix that. Call it something entirely different but keep the core mechanics alive etc

Why are threads deleted in this forum soo often? I know some people like cleaned up forums, but sometimes it can appear as the mods not liking the discussion and so they cover it up with a deletion.

Really? afaik, no threads have been deleted, except for the "donation thread", which was basically irrelevant for the moment being.

I noticed one or two things, but overall it's ok. Things may have just moved to the relevant section. Though I do agree that we should keep the place lightly moderated as we all know what can happen to forums with heavy moderation *cough* forumfall
